BES and additional Shimmer fields on contacts

Our environ, Notes/Domino 8.5.1 FP3 on 32bit to support BES 5.

Blackberry users can add addtional fields but they do not come over to the Notes client personal address book. They seem to all be contained in the PAB doc field called ShimmerFields. Isn't there a way to map all the blackberry fields to additional notes contact fields ?

(i.e. "Work 2 phone|Work2Phone"
"Work 3 phone|Work3Phone"
"Home 2 phone|Home2Phone"
"Home 3 phone|Home3Phone"
"Work fax 2|WorkFax2Phone"....

These are the additional test fields created in the blackberry contact.
